Ingest RFC 5424 and RFC 3164 messages safely.

The syslog parser derives facility and severity from PRI, recognizes RFC 5424 structured data, and falls back to RFC 3164 timestamps and host fields. Keep the unparsed message in redacted form for troubleshooting.
