.mcpSkill() snapshots supplied byte arrays at registration. Later caller mutations cannot change the served bytes or manifest. Supporting resources use relative paths and never expose a directory.

Set listed: false for direct-only publication. skills/get still retrieves the skill by its full SKILL.md URI. Set resources: "dynamic" only when stable digests cannot be published.
